Dr. Chibuike Abunike is a Nigerian academic and researcher in the field of Theatre and Film Studies.
Dr. Chibuike Abunike obtained his Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, in 2010. He then proceeded to earn his Master's degree in Theatre and Film Studies in 2014
Dr. Abunike earned his Ph.D. in Theatre and Film Studies from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, in 2023. His research interests include Performance Studies, Film Studies, and Cultural Studies.
He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Theatre and Film Studies at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
Dr. Abunike has published several papers in reputable academic journals and has presented papers at international conferences. He is a member of several academic associations, including the Society of Nigerian Theatre Artists and Literary Society of Nigeria.
